Update - WashU IT continues investigating an issue with the Data Warehouse (Cognos) being unable to pull research information from Research Management System. This impacts reportability from RMS that supports work functions. The nightly data transfer is now populating the Data Warehouse with current data but not until well after the beginning of business. The nightly stream will be shortened so that the RMS data transfer can begin two hours earlier. The vendor is being engaged further with additional information and requests.

This impacts reportability from RMS that supports work functions. Engineers have met with vendors and the troubleshooting is on-going. Manual execution of the data transfer outside of the normal schedule is underway to get more current data into the Data Warehouse.

Update - BJC has started a P1 call for wireless device connectivity issues at multiple locations. Root cause has been identified and many of the impacted locations are back online. Troubleshooting continues on the remaining ~4 sites which are still experiencing issues.

Resolved - WashU IT investigated an issue with an IDM database which caused impact to multiple services, including CMS, Connect Admin, Autosys jobs, and endpoint integrations. Technical teams performed technical actions to resolve the issue and have confirmed that services are restored.

Update - BJC and WashU IT are investigating an issue with BJC's hosted Five9 telephony system (WashU's Five9 instance is not impacted). Five9 has identified a service issue with one of their data centers. BJC has failed over affected users to a different Five9 data center and is waiting to see if the issues resolve.
