WashU Technical teams investigated the reported VPN issues and did not find any internal technical issues. We believe that there were intermittent connectivity issues for remote Charter Spectrum users as a result of planned maintenance on the Spectrum servers. Services have been restored, and technical teams will review the sequence of events to determine if any preventative steps are required for future Charter planned maintenance.
