Washington University IT has identified the root cause of the SUBS Award login issues. Technical teams are still testing a fix prior to deploying it into Production.

Investigating
WashU IT is investigating an issue with the Subs Awards application intermittently not allowing people to log in. This application is designed for producing agreements with collaborators under a research grant. This outage is impacting Research work, and Subs contractors for Research Grants are not able to go through the process to be paid for their work.
