Investigating

WashU IT is investigating an issue with the connection between our eFax servers and the Box storage FTP site. Users attempting to fax documents to upload to Box may experience delays before the files are accessible in their Box folders. Technical teams are working to implement a possible fix and expect to have an update around 12:30pm.
