WashU IT be changing the routing of our Cogent internet connection on June 4, between 10:00am and 2:00pm, to improve the geographic distribution of our internet routing by shifting Cogent internet traffic through Ashburn Virginia.
Customers may experience a very brief, less than one (1) minute, interruption during the maintenance window if they are actively utilizing our Cogent connection.
Note: Our Charter/Spectrum and Lumen connections are not impacted by this change.

WashU IT will perform security maintenance on the PaperCut system through which Students, Faculty, and Staff print on May 30, between 6:00pm and 6:15pm.
This maintenance will cause printing, scanning, and copying on PaperCut devices to be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes during the maintenance window. Plan your print needs accordingly
The May 30 PaperCut maintenance will also extend the time print jobs remain in the queue to be released at a PaperCut print station from 36 hours to 3 days (72 hours). Please plan your printing needs accordingly.
Note: This will NOT affect the ability to print from within EPIC.
