Due to an unscheduled vendor security update on 5/12, certain fields are currently not working properly in our Service Now reports (and as a result, in our dashboards). A support case has been opened with the vendor to request assistance. Additional updates will be posted on Thursday 5/15 ~10am or when the issue has been resolved.
