Monitoring

Availability of the RMS application has benefited from the rescheduling of the other job that loads data into Workday and was apparently causing interference or contention with RMS. There have been no reports of application unavailability since the change was made yesterday afternoon. Teams are continuing to monitoring the service. Washington University IT has identified another job that appears to be causing interference or contention, leading to the periodic unavailability of the RMS application. That job has been rescheduled and the team is monitoring the effect on RMS availability.
