WashU IT and WUSM ITSS worked with the CC processing vendor, Trust Commerce, and confirmed that the issue was on the vendor's service platform. Some users may need to restart Epic/Trust Commerce agent or reboot in order to start processing credit card transactions again. WashU IT is investigating an issue with credit card transactions not processing at multiple remote locations. Troubleshooting has not revealed any configuration or technical issues in our environment. Technical teams engaged the credit card processing vendor, TrustCommerce, and they have now identified a service outage on their end.
