Washington University IT has received confirmation from Spectrum that they have a repair crew on-site working to repair the damaged fiber, with an estimated repair time after 5pm.

Washington University IT has received confirmation from Spectrum that they are working to repair a damaged fiber and expect services to be restored by 7pm. The site is up and running on cellular hot spot devices.

WashU IT has received confirmation that Spectrum is experiencing a service outage which affects the WUCA Nash Peds location. Wired and wireless devices and desk phones are unable to connect. Technical teams have opened a support ticket with the vendor and are going on-site to activate cellular hot spot devices. The clinic does not have patients after 11:30am but does have a small number of staff working on-site throughout the afternoon.
